Seven museums have taken up the challenge to find a common method for analyzing engagement of visitors. By sharing data on the breadth and depth of visitor experience, this group is piloting an effort to understand what works and what doesn’t when it comes to inspiring visitors to do more, give more and talk more about their museums. Representatives will discuss their approach and why they believe establishing a metric for measuring engagement can help articulate museums’ value to the world.
