Building upon a popular session from last year, this session aims to help you learn fresh ways to cut through a cluttered marketplace to engage members, drive attendance, and enhance visitor experiences. Drawing ideas and examples from a variety of institutions—large, medium, small and from both inside and outside the museum field—experts from PRAM, the PR & Marketing professional network of AAM, offer a fast-paced review of some of today’s most interesting ideas for audience engagement. Time will be set aside for you to offer your ideas, sparked by ideas presented by the panel.
