The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry will share a case study on using its eatery as a platform for delivering mission driven, revenue generating programs. This session will explore the intersection of third party food service providers, educational content, and the museum field’s need to generate revenue. Presenters will share how considering both mission and revenue goals impact staff beliefs and it will explore how a relationship with museum’s food service providers evolve in order to integrate educational content more holistically into the eatery’s offerings.
