With a very successful first 18 months, lots of potential opportunities ahead and a new CEO, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science needed a new strategic plan to address “What next?” A three-month strategic learning process involving board, staff and consultants Bain and Co. explored various paths the Perot could take, using tools such as visioning, institutional best practices, benchmarking and inventory of unique assets. Outcomes include metrics to measure implementation and progress of the plan.
