Today we are accustomed to shaping and adding to our own experience. We want engagement that is real, visceral and participatory. This is the story of how the new College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta moved beyond a narrowly focused, one-size-fits-all experience and became the most socially interactive sports museum in the country. Interviews, research and message testing transformed and expanded the story. Prototyping with cloud and RFID technology produced an experience where visitors create, personalize and share content from the very moment they enter the hall of fame.
